Tom Belch, of Tom Belch and Sons Building Contractors Limited has thirty six years of experience owning and operating a general contracting firm in the southeastern Ontario Region.  Tom Belch along with Tom Belch & Sons Building Contractors Limited has completed a vast array of construction and building projects throughout the southeastern Ontario Region, along with projects in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and London Ontario.

Tom Belch & Sons Building Contractors Limited was incorporated in April of 2000.  Tom Belch owned and operated William Belch & Sons Building Contractors Limited from 1977 to 2000, at which time his partner (brother) retired, thus the reason for the name change.

The head office is located in Ameliasburg Ontario, in Prince Edward County, with workshops located in Prince Edward County & Belleville Ontario.  Tom Belch & Sons Building Contractors Limited are members of the Kingston Construction Association, Quinte Construction Association, Prince Edward County Construction Association, Ontario Building Officials Association, Infrastructure Health and Safety Organization, and the Belleville & District Chamber of Commerce. 

Tom Belch & Sons Building Contractors Limited employees a variety of skilled professionals, four of the key personnel have been employed by Tom Belch for over thirty years, along with a knowledgeable staff including a civil engineering technologist, architectural technician, and licensed trades persons.  This allows Tom Belch & Sons to bring a vast array of services and skills to many building and construction projects.  Our employees are highly skilled in project management, project coordination, estimating, carpentry and finishes.  Tom Belch & Sons Building Contractors Limited has completed a wide scope of construction projects, from O&M projects to million dollar retrofits. 

Tom Belch & Sons Building Contractors Limited are committed to ensuring projects are completed on schedule, on budget and safely.  Our team of highly skilled employees have an excellent understanding of building practices and blueprint reading.  Our site supervisors and project coordinators work hand in hand to bring forth issues or concerns to either our consultants or clients which may not have been known prior to mobilizing on site.  Our site supervisors and project coordinators are equipped with modern smart phones and the technology to keep clients and consultants up to speed with how a project is progressing. 

Tom Belch & Sons Building Contractors Limited is committed to ensuring employee and public safety.  Our team of project coordinators, site supervisors and our health and safety representative work together on every project to ensure employee safety through weekly meetings, safety bulletins, and job site inspections.  Tom Belch & Sons is also committed to ensuring public safety around our job sites which makes for a clean safe work site for all parties.
